About the Event

The Poster Presentation event at ACUMEN 2025 offers students an excellent opportunity to present their technical research, innovative concepts, and project findings through visually compelling posters. This format combines art and science, allowing presenters to communicate complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.

Unlike traditional paper presentations, poster sessions facilitate more direct interaction with the audience, creating an informal and dynamic environment for discussion. Participants will set up their posters in the exhibition area where judges and attendees can freely interact, ask questions, and provide feedback on your work.

No, participants are expected to bring their printed posters to the event. We recommend using professional printing services for best quality. A list of nearby printing facilities will be shared with registered participants.
Are interactive or digital elements allowed in the poster?
Yes, you may include interactive elements such as QR codes linking to videos, demos, or supplementary materials. You may also bring a tablet or laptop to show digital content, but the primary presentation must be the physical poster.
What if multiple team members want to explain different aspects of the poster?
This is encouraged! Multiple team members can be present during the judging and open viewing sessions. You can decide how to divide the presentation among team members to best showcase your expertise in different areas of the research.
